What to Bring
To make the most of your consultation time, please bring the following where available. Do not delay booking if you do not have everything — we can arrange investigations after the appointment.
Imaging Scans
Any MRI, CT, or X-ray scans on CD or digital format, along with the original radiology reports. Even older scans can be useful for comparison.
Previous Reports
Letters from other specialists, previous operative notes, physiotherapy discharge summaries, or any written medical reports relating to your spine.
Current Medications
A list of all current medications, supplements, and any pain relief you have tried, including doses and how long you have been taking them.
Photo ID & Insurance
A valid photo ID and your health insurance card or policy details if applicable. Please also bring any referral letters from your general physician.

Walk-ins are not available. All consultations are by appointment only to ensure each patient receives the full attention they deserve.
